We ordered the lamb crispy burger as well as the beef one. Both are ??good, and lamb is my favorite one. The Liangpi is decent, you can make it more flavorful by adding vinegar and chili oil.
The overall feeling is that the chef changed careers halfway. I definitely haven’t made Roujiamo and Liangpi specifically. Roujiamo is made like a pie, the meat has no flavor, there is no green chili, the pie is not cut, and the crust is not layered. Liangpi is very bland and tasteless. Quite disappointed.
