Really enjoyed the cinnamon roll French toast on my last visit. A friend tried to order it recently but was told it was not available. Was that just a one time occurrence? I hope it stays on your menu. It is yummy!

My little sister bought food and the servers did not ask her if she wanted a receipt. They screwed up her order and she wasn't able to prove she got a shake due to this establishment's lack of competent employees. This is not what I expected from here and I am utterly disappointed.

I used to come here often when I was in high school. I always got the super burger w/ French fries and had very fond memories of eating this burger with a view of the beautiful lake.I came back today, many years later, to order the superburger and see if it was as good as it was when I was in high school.The Parmesan bread is AMAZING, it is by far the best part of the burger. But strangely enough, the beef patty was not salted/seasoned at all? Also the fries had no salt either. Idk If they ran out of salt today or is that just the norm? A little confused here. I didn't remember the fries and beef being unsalted back in the days but maybe my taste buds have changed and become more sensitive to bland and unsalted foods... o.oOverall I still enjoyed the food (mostly because of the bread) but I think Ruby's can take the burger from 3 stars to 5 stars EASILY by adding a little salt on the patty :)Also - they are currently doing take out only due to covid. The guy who took my order was very friendly & accommodating.

Just got to table fast and easy, but was dismayed at table and chair cleaning/disenfecting. There was non and I watched the same rag clean outdoor tables and chairs and 2 indoor tables with NO disinfecting spray or care. Rubys you got to step it up.

Had a very good dinner with my kids first time here the place is nice and clean the workers are awesome!!!! Love the view right after nice place to go for a walk
This place is clearly one of the most pleasant restaurants in the area. Whenever I visit this place I am awfully glad. They hold their very high level service and the highest level of cooking they give. You are always happy with this place. Highly recommended.
