Really enjoyed the cinnamon roll French toast on my last visit. A friend tried to order it recently but was told it was not available. Was that just a one time occurrence? I hope it stays on your menu. It is yummy!

My little sister bought food and the servers did not ask her if she wanted a receipt. They screwed up her order and she wasn't able to prove she got a shake due to this establishment's lack of competent employees. This is not what I expected from here and I am utterly disappointed.

This spot is open for outdoor dining, and we had a great meal. Parking is ample because it's inside the outdoor mall with a beautiful children's area and a nice view of the lake. We were seated immediately and served quickly, (although not fast enough with the milkshakes for our 9-yr old). Staff is friendly, helpful, and quick at their jobs. My GFs Melt was hot and delicious, my Mushroom Swiss burger was the same and the milkshakes all excellent.Definitely a great spot for a family meal when you need outdoor seating because of a pandemic. Ruby's is a nice chain for standard American burgers and this place is no exception.Well recommended, we will return.

I used to come here often when I was in high school. I always got the super burger w/ French fries and had very fond memories of eating this burger with a view of the beautiful lake.I came back today, many years later, to order the superburger and see if it was as good as it was when I was in high school.The Parmesan bread is AMAZING, it is by far the best part of the burger. But strangely enough, the beef patty was not salted/seasoned at all? Also the fries had no salt either. Idk If they ran out of salt today or is that just the norm? A little confused here. I didn't remember the fries and beef being unsalted back in the days but maybe my taste buds have changed and become more sensitive to bland and unsalted foods... o.oOverall I still enjoyed the food (mostly because of the bread) but I think Ruby's can take the burger from 3 stars to 5 stars EASILY by adding a little salt on the patty :)Also - they are currently doing take out only due to covid. The guy who took my order was very friendly & accommodating.

Just got to table fast and easy, but was dismayed at table and chair cleaning/disenfecting. There was non and I watched the same rag clean outdoor tables and chairs and 2 indoor tables with NO disinfecting spray or care. Rubys you got to step it up.

Had a very good dinner with my kids first time here the place is nice and clean the workers are awesome!!!! Love the view right after nice place to go for a walk
This place is clearly one of the most pleasant restaurants in the area. Whenever I visit this place I am awfully glad. They hold their very high level service and the highest level of cooking they give. You are always happy with this place. Highly recommended.

Excellent food! This was my very first time at Ruby's and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Classic Ruby Burger, which not only came with lettuce, cheese and tomato but also a generous side of fries! For the price, there is definitely quality in the food. I will definitely be coming back here to try some of their other dishes!

I live near this Ruby's and have gone often. I'm so happy they have been able to stay open during this whole "pandemic." I was there yesterday and as usual, the food was fantastic - and the place is totally clean (it always was). The employees are so nice and always smiling - and very helpful.
