The spicy chicken is amazing！The chicken is very tender, and garlic sauce is special. My boyfriend's favorite is the pineapple rice, I have never tried before. It made me surprised. I've come twice and will continue afterwards！

They must have changed ownership because I’ve never seen such a sharp decline in quality before. Tonight I ordered my favorite dish, the spicy garlic chicken, but the flavor was unrecognizable from my last visit a few months ago, and the portion size was less than one quarter of what I remember. They replaced the wall TVs with tacky decorations and removed several items from the menu, including one of my favorite dishes, the rice noodle rolls, as well as their iced teas. The rice that came with my chicken was so dry it was hard to eat, and my “pineapple fried rice” was served inside of a pineapple, but it did not actually have any pineapple chunks in it, and the rice was not fried at all, just mixed with soy sauce and some scrambled eggs. They also forgot to include the chicken soup that was supposed to be included with my order. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting with pools of urine on the floor. Do not come here.

Had nice brunch here. Really enjoy the chicken soup with rice and my boyfriend ordered Hainan style chicken combo. It was really good, the chicken tasted really soft without the bone.

DONT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE Absolutely the worst restaurant ive ever been to. on uber eats I ordered sizzling chicken with spaghetti, the delivery person did his job well but the food is just nasty. 2 min into eating I found hair in my spaghetti (which also arrived stone cold btw) and the hair is not mine (it is of color black while my hair is brown and part-bleached) and the chicken is burnt ... and on the platform they dont even have beverages, which isnt a big deal but bothers me a little when i always get a meal with a beverage. look at the 1 star comments before u look at the 5 stars ones, i never write comments but this time it really triggered me (i am only giving a 1 star cause the lowest is 1, otherwise i would say -5)

One of the dirtiest restaurants in Irvine. They can’t even be bother to wipe off all the hand prints from the glass doors. Just glad I didn’t get a bad stomach after eating here. Will not ever go back again.

Looking for authentic hainan chicken rice in the town and found here. I would say the poached chicken tastes delicious and juicy. Also love the boba drink, gotta try the rice paper roll next time.

I was surprised by how good the Hot Pot Chicken was. The hot pot soup base was so good - I couldn't stop drinking the soup. The portion was also humongous!Can definitely see how service isn't the best, and why some take-out customers would experience wrong orders. I hope management realizes the benefits of great customer experience and pays the workers even more so they care to deliver more impeccable service.

I ordered three items and they only gave me the chicken dinner I ordered…instead of the two additional orders of dumplings it should’ve been 8 dumplings. On top of that it was just plain chicken and rice with broccoli instead of the stir fried sweet soy chicken I ordered. I won’t be coming back

Best Congee I have ever had and I have been many places. Best “rice paper” dishes also. Other items are solid. Service was fast. Only criticism is I wish for dining in they offered Asian soup spoons instead of American plastic soup spoons.
Ordered the combo rice paper with chicken and pork, which was good! Also received complementary sweet iced tea, which was really refreshing to have with the rice paper and chicken. They're open until midnight which is perfect for those late night cravings :)

Came here for a late dinner and glad they are open late. Lots of places close early in this area, and there were a good amount of takeouts during our meal. I ordered the Hai Nan Singapore Chicken and it was delicious. The chicken was soft and came with the sauces I enjoyed, something ginger, something soy and one I didn't recognize but was my favorite. Get the value meal and it comes with soup and a few drink. Will come back again :)

I ordered this shredded chicken with sesame oil rice dish when the uber etas is having the promotion.Those combo cost me $16.99 which comes w free chicken soup and ice tea.The portions are huge that i was so full and can’t even finish. The chicken is really tasty it’s juicy and tender. Chicken soup taste so good that just like those i had in the michelin star restaurants!!!!!!I’m always a big fan of chicken soup and this place is really worth it for a try!!!!!Highly recommend!!!

Best Hainanese chicken rice I ever had in Orange County. Every time I ate here it remind me of my time in Singapore and Malaysia. It's very authentic and yummy! All the servers there are super nice and friendly it always feels welcome and feels like home. Definitely recommend Running Chicken and if you haven't dine here you are missing out
