Saiga is a take-out kitchen. You can order delivery or call over the phone for pick up. There is tofu for every option they have so almost all options can be made vegan. Restaurant is health conscious and aware of ingredients.

Great spot for a quick bite. One of the best banh mi sandwiches in Orange County. Girl friend always gets the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork. Their crispy pork is top notch, highly recommend. Don’t forget their house green sauce!

Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.
