Great spot for a quick bite. One of the best banh mi sandwiches in Orange County. Girl friend always gets the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork. Their crispy pork is top notch, highly recommend. Don’t forget their house green sauce!

Had a quick pho at Saiga during lunch and ended up sharing a table with a stranger, definitely a rushed experience as I had to move quickly for the next person’s turn. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back, as the pho didn’t quite justify the price for me. That said, their business model is nice and efficient, catering well to the busy lunch crowd. A cool concept, but not my go-to for pho in OC.

The Pork Belly Banh Mi at Saiga Vietnamese Eatery is a masterpiece. The pork belly is so tender and flavorful, and the pickled vegetables add the perfect tangy crunch. It’s hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. A must-try!
