I come to this shake shack at least once a week because I work here in the mall and I love every one of the workers. Recently I have noticed a woman, I am pretty sure she is a manager, and the way she speaks to her employees and customers is terrible. I came in today and I am on my 15 minute break, and I don’t want to run late to my shift, so I asked politely how long it would take for a hotdog. The manager rolled her eyes and shook her head at me and said “5 minutes.” and...

Went here for lunch today. Got a shackburger, fries and a cookies and cream shake. All items were cooked nicely and the service was quick!
The outdoor seating was a nice touch as well.

Shake Shack at Irvine Spectrum is another favorite of ours and the quality of the food and service never disappoints. You can tell the entire team works hard to get fresh, delicious meals out to customers in a timely manner. The app is a game-changer, with rewards and exclusive offers. They also do a great job of keeping the menu exciting by regularly featuring new items, which is perfect for when you want to explore beyond the delicious classic ShakeBurger.
