Great Spaces office

I never write reviews, so it has to be a pretty bad situation for me to write this. Caution to anyone wanting to use Spaces. While the facilities are nice and staff at the front desk are nice, customer support and the overall company fall short.I accidentally signed up for 12 month contract (only needing the space for a month) and instantly attempted to get out of this. It’s been a few weeks of being routed to different departments with no actual resolutions. After initial quick responses from them acknowledging my issue, they seem to now be avoiding helping me.This entire experience has left me frustrated and feeling like Spaces is not interested in finding a reasonable solution. I feel like I am absolutely being taken advantage of.For anyone considering Spaces, especially for short term needs, be extra cautious during sign up. They are not as flexible as their marketing claims.

Pretty cool place but it’s pretty noisy .. the offices are great but walls are made from tissue paper .. common area is spot on but you need to be early for a good spot .. ample free parking spaces .. bikes for short commutes to your favorite restaurants .. great place for studying or intensive reading with your headphones of course

Despite persistent attempts to resolve an issue concerning an unauthorized membership, I have encountered a complete lack of responsiveness from the company.My numerous emails and phone calls seeking resolution have gone unanswered. To my dismay, it has come to my attention that my attempts to communicate have been blocked, leaving me unable to convey my concerns or seek assistance.This level of unresponsiveness is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on Workspaces’ commitment to customer satisfaction. I am left with no recourse and a growing sense of dissatisfaction.I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering engagements with Workspaces. A business that ignores customer concerns and resorts to blocking communication is a cause for concern.

SCAM!!! Wonderful shared office space in a convenient location with plenty of free parking. Always clean, organized, modern, and sophisticated, and the office staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. We are very happy, thank you for the service!
