Stacks Pancake House is one of our go to spots. First thing I always recommend are the ube pancakes. They are unreal. Fluffy, moist, packed with ube flavor, and topped with this ube cream and whipped cream that is honestly perfect. Sweet but not too sweet. Easily one of my favorite pancake plates anywhere.
Next is the Kalua pork omelet. They load it with tons of pork and it has amazing flavor in every bite. The potatoes on the side are crispy, salty, and just really well...

I love this place. My kids said here pancakes are the best in Irvine,and my sister said here coffee is so good.
Staff are so kind too.
Also, very clean and the song that comes out when you eat inside is really good.
