Line was out the door. Hangry shoppers, crying kids and screaming Karens every which way, but the Starbucks employees kept their cool. They were cheerful, smiling and hard working even in the face of impatient to-go customers. Nobody sat around, it was fine oiled machine, but let's not forget they who serve us are people. Good job folks!
Kiana and Sam are really nice genuine people been coming here for 8 mos almost everyday also all the staff are amazing w great attitude so far and very attentive staff highly recommend this place

Pros: Huge lobby with plenty of seating and cool wall art. One of the biggest condiments bar (area that has the sugar and creamer).
Cons: Can get pretty busy/crowded as it is in the middle of Irvine Spectrum Center. Below average staff friendliness, compared to most other Starbucks which are usually very friendly. Pretty dirty...
