Had a great experience here today. I went to a different nearby Starbucks and wasn’t happy with the customer service or quality of my vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew and don’t want to go back a second time. The guy in the drive through was very kind about the issue I had and made me not feel like a burden, even though it wasn’t even their problem in the first place. They were very understanding and kind about it and the drink was exactly what I was wanting and expected...
First, this picture here is not this Starbucks but of the Starbucks at 18100 Culver Dr, Irvine. I think I know what happened: Google Maps is no longer showing a Starbucks at 18100 Culver, so guessing someone at Starbucks just moved the one at 18100 Culver to 15433 Culver- pictures and all. Someone should correct this (An important distinction as the new Starbucks built at 15433 Culver is a drive-through only so the pictures showing a sitting area are misleading)

Jake was super kind and went out of his way to ask me how my day was. I definitely appreciated that because it has been a tough day! I doubt you can really train an employee to be thoughtful, but based on his response it felt like he actually wanted to hear my answer instead of it just being a generic greeting. This is the only Starbucks I've seen that has no entryway and is only a drive-thru/walk up window. My order was adjusted a lot but they got all my modifications correct...
