Ordered the largest cup of matcha green tea with little ice. It took them about 15 minutes before I got mine while 2 other customers order after me got their's first. I had to ask where was my matcha green tea. All 3 girls looked at each other and too them another 3 minute forever I got my drink. They did not even bother to apologize for delay or mess up. My matcha had 2/3 cup of ice tasted only of milk hardly any matcha. It was extremely light green color. Not worth pay...
