My Fiancé and I rocked up for a hot chocolate, which was top quality! Even more so, was one of the staff members, Cecilia, who was so cheerful and genuinely caring, made good eye contact, asked questions and listened. Thank you for making Starbucks so wonderful, Cecilia!
