Went here, workers made my significant other cry, telling her to hurry and that she was holding up the line when it was her first time there keep in mind she didn’t even get 5 seconds to even choose yet, threw the food on the bread, never even asked to toast it and checked out, overpaid for an untoasted sandwich made by rude workers who don’t care about the customers

Won’t accept digital coupons and promotions. The franchise agreement with all subway locations is that they must accept digital promotions and coupons. This has been the case since December 2023.

Ran in during my break from work and it was empty. I called out for assistance and received no response. I called out again and was yelled at “okay okay wait!” By an older, larger, cross-eyed man who came out a two minutes later. Ordered a foot long cookie and got a 10 inch cookie and 6 inches of The Boss on toasted wheat bread on Nov. 14 the cheese tasted bad. I have had the same order from many other subways and it has never tasted like this. I didn’t have time to come back in until November 21st (my first availability) and the same man claimed I never bought anything. I showed him the charge and said he wouldn’t do anything because they personally check the cookies before baking. He clearly did not do a good job as it was ~2-3 inches short. He then said that I had cut it myself and that it was my fault. I’ve attached a photo of the cookie and you can tell by the curved corners that match the fit of the tray perfectly, I did not cut it, because if I did, it would be a straight cut. Just go to the subway at Woodbury town center they are not rude and the food is good.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves an award for being the worst Subway I’ve ever visited.
First off, the guy behind the counter apparently decided variety is overrated — only white bread available, as if that’s all humanity needs. I ordered a Veggie Delight, and he practically launched the vegetables onto the bread like he was playing darts. No care, no attention, just chaos in sandwich form.
He didn’t even ask about sauces — just wrapped it up and shoved it across the counter. When I said I wanted to add sauces, he gave me this look like I’d personally ruined his day. The avocados looked like they’d been through several wars and lost every one. Absolutely disgusting.
This place is a joke. If you enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and served a sad pile of random vegetables, then sure — go for it. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

The app allowed me to place an order through saying that the store participates in the BOGO deal and in front of my face the workers say I must pay full price and they canceled my order. Scam fake store. If the store doesn't allow online orders, why allow it through the app. What does it matter what price I paid for the sandwich, I paid for it already. Terrible service. The workers also said that on purpose they make items expensive just because of location.

Terrible customer service, terrible franchisee owner. Prices are so high and the quality of the food is so mid, it’s better to avoid this place. Much better dining options located elsewhere.
