i went int after placing an online order and they were extremely unwelcoming. They also only gave me half a sandwich after I ordered a footlong and didn't even make the sandwich correctly. This place is terrible.

the food is fine but the workers today at 12:30pm had the most terrible attitude ever. they were snapping at me and my friend asking a super confusing question; they asked what kind of bread we wanted even tho we told them 10 times???? also saw a worker bring a piece of fur into the cheese but didn’t care to take it away. fire these people

I have patronized this Subway location for almost 5 years. Most of the time I order through the app. Earlier today, I made an order for a 10:45 am pickup. When I arrived at 10:55 am, my order was NOT ready!!! An employee asked for my order #, and I had to return home to retrieve it. I returned about 30 minutes later. Showed an employee my order number, yet was still stalling, and trying to look for the order on the computer. About 5-10 minutes later, they found my order, and it matched my name. Employee went on to make my order. She said sorry very quietly, but didn't sound very sincere. At least the employee could have offered me a cookie, for my inconvenience, but nothing at all. Overall, a very unpleasant experience at this location.

Absolutely love this Subway location! I always stop by after the gym, and the manager never fails to greet me with the warmest smile—it seriously makes my day. They even let me in right after opening once, just five minutes in... I could cry. The ingredients are always super fresh too. This place never disappoints!

I recently visited this Subway location, and I have to say, the new management has made a huge difference! The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the ingredients are always fresh. Every sandwich I’ve ordered has been delicious, and they prepare everything with great care. If you haven’t been here in a while, I highly recommend giving it another try—you won’t be disappointed!

Airco air-conditioning and plumbing

Al and his crew are the best! I've tried other Subway locations in the past, but at this one was a great experience. They greet you warmly when you enter the establishment, and the employees are friendly, always smiling as you place your order. They are patient and give you plenty of time to decide, even though this is one of the busiest Subway locations. To top it off, their cashier is fantastic. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and coworkers!

Very poor serving attitude. Asked about size of sandwich multiple times but still end up charging me for 12” while I got a 6” sandwich. When I went back for refund, the attitude was also bad.

Due to connection problems with my app, I had thought that I placed a mobile order, but the payment was still processing when I walked in and looked for my order, Olivia was very disrespectful to me and telling me that she just got my order and that pick up time was 9 AM. I told Olivia that since I thought I had placed my order previously I wanted to know about how long it would take to be ready because I was in a bit of a rush and wanted to see if it was worth making it if I would be late, she then proceeded to talk bad about me to her coworker in Spanish unaware that I speak Spanish, and when I called her out on it, she insisted that I didn’t place my order correctly. Long story short, Olivia has ruined my experience for SUBWAY®. I will not be returning.

Someone please tell the owner to stop using those ridiculous tiny cups to portion the chicken strips it’s not enough. You need to portion correctly not ration either make them full or change the scoops.
