Similar issues as other complaints. Poor service. Refused to start making online order until pickup time. Refused to toast sandwich upon request.

Other than the issue of the service, this location is very well maintained and clean.

I LOVE THIS SUBWAY! 😍 They keep the store very clean and their staff are so funny and such nice ladies. 🥰 Best location in Irvine. I come here regularly when shopping and hanging out with friends. The dining spots are in a very nice part of the Woodbury shopping center. Palm trees and lights. I love it. And their food is fresh and delicious. Thank you!! 🙏 😋

Gabby, apparently it’s been working there for 20 years and she got the horrible and worst customer service. I experienced at a subway. This lady literally touched my sandwich with the bottom of the grill pan and when I told her she was so bothered and gave me a attitude that she had to make my sandwich again, and at that point, I decided that I want anything made from her

I stop by this Subway pretty often, and it’s always a solid experience. The place is clean, the line moves quickly, and the staff actually pay attention to how you want your sandwich made. My order is pretty simple, but they always get everything right, even during busy hours. Definitely one of the better Subway locations around.

Just had the worst experience here with the customer service. This Hispanic older lady was very rude to us and had the ugliest attitude. Nit sure her name no name tag. So unpleasant!!!!

If I could give 1 star I would. The owner is very rude and just overall horrible customer service. We placed an order online so we could use the deal / coupon, Because of that he made us wait extra long to get the order even though nobody else was there. When my husband asked about it, he was snarky & made sure we understood that since it was online order with a coupon he wouldn't be making the sandwiches until the assigned pickup time. It was awkward just standing there waiting for him to make our order again with nobody else there. We will not be returning to this location.

i went int after placing an online order and they were extremely unwelcoming. They also only gave me half a sandwich after I ordered a footlong and didn't even make the sandwich correctly. This place is terrible.

the food is fine but the workers today at 12:30pm had the most terrible attitude ever. they were snapping at me and my friend asking a super confusing question; they asked what kind of bread we wanted even tho we told them 10 times???? also saw a worker bring a piece of fur into the cheese but didn’t care to take it away. fire these people

I have patronized this Subway location for almost 5 years. Most of the time I order through the app. Earlier today, I made an order for a 10:45 am pickup. When I arrived at 10:55 am, my order was NOT ready!!! An employee asked for my order #, and I had to return home to retrieve it. I returned about 30 minutes later. Showed an employee my order number, yet was still stalling, and trying to look for the order on the computer. About 5-10 minutes later, they found my order, and it matched my name. Employee went on to make my order. She said sorry very quietly, but didn't sound very sincere. At least the employee could have offered me a cookie, for my inconvenience, but nothing at all. Overall, a very unpleasant experience at this location.
