Was greeted on the way back in. However that's about it. No smile. Horrible attitude. Like they didn't want to be there at all. Very cold and stale personalities. Food does its own job which is usually good being that I build it myself. If you're looking for a warm smile and personality this isn't the place for sure.

No wonder why this store is 3.7 rating.. service sucks, nothing friendly, as usual the employee feels the owner and cero service customer skills 😒 too bad never ever go back...

Ordered 3 sandwiches online and they barely put any meat in the sandwich. They take advantage of the fact that the customer isn’t there. Gotta replace the employees for people who are honest

Had a really bad experience. I ordered a footlong subway sandwich on the app. When I got there to pick up my order, the server ERIC handed me a wrap. I asked them to make a sandwich as that is what I ordered and paid for. The guy called the manager and said that he can do a sandwich but only using the filling from the wrap he made. Then he went ahead and opened up the wrap and started dumping all the fillings onto a bread using his hands, even stuff that fell out of it. It looked so disgusting, unclean, unhealthy and unappetising that I finally had to ask them for a refund. I’m never going back to that store again and telling all of my friends about this experience. Really unacceptable from Subway when the fault was entirely the store’s as they didn’t make the correct order.

Subway is Subway, right? Not this one! I travel for work and I have never purposely planned to go to a specific Subway when I'm in a town until visiting this store. I've visited multiple times; my
order is always fresh, flavorful, and well portioned. The employees make my food with care and don't just slap it all in a bowl (or between bread) quickly. I was skeptical going back after my first visit as I didn't think it would be the same experience and I was delightfully surprised with the service and quality.

Very slow workers. It looks like they take online orders before walk ins… I was standing there watching them make sandwich after sandwich without taking my order at lunch time…. Maybe I’ll order ahead next time….

The worst service ever. I’ve been waiting for more than 5 mins with no one is serving me. I kept calling hello hello anyone is here and no one is replying till he appears and he isn’t listening to me properly. I kept repeating every single detail in my order. I never see someone like that in my entire life. So frustrated

WOW!!! I didn't eat here! Yet? The reviews are terrible. I'm a digital marketing specialist and I've noticed a lot of SUBWAYS have poor reviews! I'm going to get to the bottom of this! Usually the parent corporate overseas quality control. What is happening with subway? I might have to visit this ? location and check the program!

Woman was so rude . Snapped at me several times about my order . Upset that I came in with a big order . Annoyed when I asked her to put names on them “ give me a second “ , but then didn’t let me talk. She was even rude to her colleagues who were just asking
