Unprofessional business! Do not come here! I ordered the snoopy holiday hokkido cake set for pick up. The online description said two chocolate and two vanilla cakes come in a holiday package but they didn’t pack any chocolate cakes. The cakes were thrown in and not decorated at all like the description. I called the store and they said I would have to bring all the cakes back to exchange for the chocolate. The workers were super unhelpful and rude.

I love that sunmerry bakery goodies are not only yummy but they do not add a ton of preservatives. I had forgotten a slice of bread for a week ( already expired 4 days earlier ) and actually I saw a bit of mold in the bread, but a store brought bread last for months without mold because they don’t add a lot of crap in their products. Love them!

This bakery has some unique and delicious items. Our favorites are the cheesecake and the honeycake. The cheesecake is unlike any we have had before - it’s so light and fluffy, not heavy and overpoweringly sweet so it’s just right to have with a cup of tea. And the honeycake is similar to, good honey flavor but light and fluffy, not heavy and sickly sweet, it’s just right and tastes delicious!

Sunmerry Bakery in Irvine is one of my favorite Taiwanese bakeries. We visit it often. They offer a variety of breads. It's our go-to spot for breakfast or dessert treats during outings and family trips.
Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program. The points you earn can be converted to cash at checkout. Highly recommended.
Parking: During lunchtime , it is not easy to find parking in this plaza.
