We have the octupos fried rice, galbi and back rib soup. The back rib soup is my favorite among the 3 offerings. My daughter was also a fan. Kimchi and cucumber banchan was really good too.Kid-friendliness: The place can provide a booster

Amazing staff, 10/10 food. overall amazing experience. Shoutout to our sweet server, we had just gotten rear ended and weren't even sure about going out to eat anymore but as soon as she welcomed us in she changed our entire day around. She was so awesome and attentive, especially to our 1 year old baby boy. i would drive from riverside to irvine just to experience this place again, highly recommend.

The service was so bad. The Korean waiter was so mean, disrespectful, and inpatient. The food is good, this is the reason why people eat here. But again, waiter’s service are awful!!

Sad to say that this place has gone down hill since the new management. To anyone that went here before the new year you know what I mean. The flavor for the Galbi Tang was so rich that you didn’t even need salt but now it’s become this generic flavor where you need to add salt. And not gonna lie they probably didn’t let the galbi sit long enough in water because the blood taste is still kinda there. Also, the chicken katsu was so crispy and they were so thoughtful of the idea that the crispiness would dissipate without the katsu on top of a rack. Sadly now with the new management they just throw it on the plate and give it to you and the fry feels so rushed because the katsu is not crispy and the oil is still caked on there. One of the employees that was there before the new years Is still there too and I wish him the best because that new manager is running Tang 190 to the ground in terms of food quality. Which eventually leads to decrease in popularity. On a side note whoever that new manager lady is clearly cares solely about the number of customers that she can run through the restaurant per day. She’s so quick to send people out the door when they’re done eating and before I even got the chance to speak with my GF about the food towards the end she comes running over asking if we need to-go boxes. When she brings the boxes over she proceeds to do a whole speed run of putting our foods in the container and sprays bit over to my girlfriend but does not bat an eye to what happened.Really don’t like the attitude of that new manager because customer satisfaction is not on her priority list. At least not how the previous manager was AND the food tasted amazing too.

To be honest, my spicy beef soup (yukkaejang) didn't really hit the spot. It wasn't that spicy and I feel like the flavor was just lacking?? It didn't taste like much. Also they refilled my water the whole time I was there.

Visited Tang 190 this past weekend as we have been experiencing a few rainy days in Southern California. This place is located in a shopping center that offers plenty of parking. Tang 190 has both indoor and outdoor seating and you join the waiting list using the tablet located by their front door. They offer a variety of soups (spicy and non-spicy), rice dishes, noodle dishes and dumplings. My sister and I ordered the cabbage galbi-tang, beef cartilage soup and the dumplings to share. The cabbage galbi-tang was very well balanced and it was not very spicy; the beef cartilage soup comes in a clear broth (as it is customary in many korean restaurants for this type of soups, you add the salt to taste; Tang 190 also offers black pepper and my sister mentioned that adding the black pepper to this soup made a big difference). The dumplings were also very good, the quality of the filling and the wrapper made a big difference in this dish. They also offer a variety of side dishes (kimchi, raddish kimchi, cucumber kimchi, potato salad and stir fried fish cakes). The staff is very attentive in refilling the drinks and side dishes.Overall an amazing experience, can't wait to come back and try their other dishes.

I'm arranging Yosiel very manly approaches asking how many? Just one I answered Ones again Yosiel ofer me a single table. I asked wat it was the most popular dish he said. BACK-RIB SOUP... after I checked on the menu, sure enough. I ordered... good suggestions thenk you Yosiel.. good job ?
Service was a little bit slow but not bad. The food tastes good, overall. The galbitang and sullungtang meat were tough and pretty hard to chew. Maybe they didn't cook it long enough or they used the wrong cut of meat that doesn't get softer with cooking. The tables are really close together so it feels cramped as your eating next to people at you're sides.Vegetarian options: Rather limited, as in many Asian cuisines. You can ask for certain things to be without meat, but the selection isn't plentiful. That is generally how it is with most of the Asian restaurants, though.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, you should call ahead to ask questions. Not sure whether the wait staff and cooks speak much English, but your better off calling ahead.Parking: Open parking lot in shopping mall, plentiful and free.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is pretty kid friendly, it's not a fancy restaurant, so kids are fine there are long as they eat some of the food on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is a one-story and it's easily accessible to wheelchairs.
