Kelly is absolutely wonderful. She was very kind, patient and respectful when I made a mistake and accidentally ordered at the wrong location. Thank you so so very much for your kindness I really appreciated it.

I usually split a hot Americano with my wife. I asked a barista for an extra small hot cup. He said it would be free for this time, but next time I would have to pay 25 cents. They also do not have any stand with sugar, cream, napkins, etc. I had to ask for napkins to a barista/server.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place on Saturdays. 40 minute wait for coffee. Oh, and they also got my order wrong. Total chaos. With so many other coffee options in the area, I won't make the same mistake again.

Mobile order said approx 3:16pm, 3:31pm and drink is still not ready………… smh. 1 cashier, 1 person preparing drinks. Will make sure to dodge this coffee bean.

Terrible service, was waiting for my drinks over 30 minutes. They served at least 5 people after me, clearly my order was missed. When I asked they haven’t even apologized.

I wish I knew the very kind employee’s name who went totally above and beyond to help me today with a very complicated (me, i was the complication) order. She answered all my questions (even the ones I didn’t know I should have), and then did the nicest thing..

I wish there was a coffee bean closer to me! No Starbucks or coffee shop near me has the delicious cookie butter 🤤🤤 lobby is clean and I appreciated barista Gigi who took my order; she was very kind and energetic
