Area is maintained by HOA but the owner doesn't take accountability for its cleanliness. If trash is overflowing, attracting rodents, you need to call the HOA. When customers and neighbors get involved to clean up, thank them instead of making excuses.
Or, next time it happens, they call the health department instead of helping.

I went to Cup and was greeted by Anika. She was so helpful and kind. I was unsure of what to order and she patiently explained all the different drinks to me. She also recommended the iced dark Spanish latte, which was absolutely delicious. I'll be back soon
