Great coffee and food. No wifi. Told me to sign up for their newsletter to get WiFi only to find out their WiFi doesn’t exist and I need to use the Great Parks one and that one won’t work. Staff is kind and understanding but isn’t able to help. So don’t bother coming here to do any work - just for coffee and a bite to eat.

CUP offers a great patio seating area and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s quite busy on a Saturday morning, but the environment is still enjoyable. There’s ample space for kids and dogs to run around. The food selection is limited, but the items they offer are high-quality. They also have gluten-free and dairy-free options. The ambiance is casual and comfortable, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. I would like to see the menu expanded to include more specialty drinks and food items.

Drink that we ordered made our stomach upset and lit bit nauseated. Not sure why!!!! Atmosphere and location was awesome. The gentleman preparing drinks was a nice guy too. But something was not right with the drinks.

Their beans are top-notch, and they grind them perfectly for my Aeropress—makes every cup a dream.
Huge shoutout to their manager, El, for being super helpful, and to Aditi at the Alton Park location—she’s so polite and sincere, it’s always a pleasure interacting with her.

Area is maintained by HOA but the owner doesn't take accountability for its cleanliness. If trash is overflowing, attracting rodents, you need to call the HOA. When customers and neighbors get involved to clean up, thank them instead of making excuses.
Or, next time it happens, they call the health department instead of helping.
