Phew… this is going to hurt writing because I don’t normally give 1 star reviews but I can’t lie on a review. 😢 Today was the first time I ever tried Flame Broiler and boy was it one of the most disappointing food experiences ever. I should have seen the signs.
The first sign was, it was the only restaurant that was empty on this strip of about 5 restaurants. The next sign was when I went to get sauce from their sauce station, a swarm of fruit flies literally jumped out at me.
I ordered the “Steak Bulgogi” and it was one of the worst meat dishes I’ve ever tasted. The picture is after I poured sauce on top of it. Even still, it tasted like I was eating beef jerky but worst. It was literally like a Temu version of Korean bulgogi. It was that bad and I can eat almost anything, not a picky eater at all. Overall 1 ⭐️

I came here 15 min before closing and I was greeted with not only a happy smile but excellent service! The manager was a sweet kind gentleman who helped comp my 8 cents when I had two $20 (thank you again for not giving me so much change back :) ) My plate was stacked and whatever didn’t fit was given on the side! Not to mention the food was piping hot, which means it was all made fresh, no leftover stuff from the day. This is my favorite flame broiler!

Okay sorry bit I am upset. This was my dinner before a long drive. 1st off the rice was so mushed.. the white meat chicken was reheated and hard as a rock. The beef was nasty

I am a huge fan of this flame broiler location near my work. Service is always quick, dining room clean, and most importantly, the owner is the most kind and welcoming individual. I used to come here for lunch several times a week but bummed out that I can't as much with my work being mostly remote now. Even after months, the owner still remebers my name. I am always impressed with how the owner returns my payment card with both hands, a sign of old fashioned respect that doesnt really exist today. I will continue to patronize this business whenever I can. Cant get enough of that triple hot sauce on my chicken bowl. Yum.

Manager told her workers to refuse/not accept a 100% legitimate coupon mailed out by corporate. These were plastic coupons too, not even like they were paper ones that someone forged. They had a whole drawer full of rejected coupons people just gave to them since they were only for this specific location. Bad management decision.

I have a lunch with my helper the food was delicious great customer service and very generous portions I just had the most amazing lunch with my helper! The food was absolutely delicious 😋, and the customer service was top-notch. They were so incredibly generous with the portions, too. We were both stuffed! Definitely a place I'd recommend. #deliciousfood #greatcustomerservice #generousportions

Chicken veggie bowl was not what I expected from previously dining at other locations. The chicken pieces are really rubbery and dry. Veggies came with a large puddle of water at the bottom of my bowl. :(

This would be my second time visiting this location & the food both times have been awful. The chicken is burnt & dry and the rice is mushy. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but it's not worth going again. The service was nice but the food was not.
