At a recent Tequila festival, The Lime Truck was the only food truck out of three to offer vegetarian options. They had two vegetarian tacos on their menu - a potato taco and the "Trippy Mushroom." However, upon arrival, only the potato taco was available, along with their meat offerings. Although the potato tacos were enjoyable and unique with full little round potatoes and accompanying veggies, some customers felt it was a bit sparse and could have used more filling or a creamy sauce.

Despite the limited menu, the staff remained friendly and the preparation was quick. Customers were left hoping for the full menu to be available, in order to try the Trippy Mushroom and other offerings.
