We would give this place ten stars if we could. We ate there last Wednesday and it was our first time there. Food was excellent! We ordered beef teriyaki/tempura and chicken teriyaki/tempura.The house dressing on the salad was amazing! Everything was amazing. Our server Terry provided us with top notch service. Terry was very attentive and regularly refilled our drinks and checked in on us. We will be back there again!

Visiting Orange County from San Francisco Bay Area. Our hosts invited us to Tomikawa for lunch. We were very impressed by the quality of the sushi, the sushi rice (a key factor) and the side dishes. The staff are very friendly and gave us exceptional service with a genuine smile. Highly recommended for Sushi lovers.

Everyone shares good comments about eating there, but maybe that’s the best thing to do-don’t order takeout.

I tried a new take out twice this week from the same place, gave tip and this is what I got. The person over the phone is great, and helpful (and I recommend using this outlet vs food apps), but twice I ordered Philly roll and gave chance to be a bit better.

At least they are consistent 👍🏼

Worst place I have ever been to, 2.5 hours of waiting to be seated and the food is nothing out of this world. There are tons of better local options in the area, even if I want the best of the best I would drive to LA and eat and come back before even seated in this place, experience sucks. Reservation is not an option which makes it no return to this place

Excellent! I went with my wife and our two little ones. The staff was very courteous and kind. We had the lunch special that was $30 for all your can eat. Phenomenal deal! The sashimi was Nobu level quality and delicious. The ambience was very nice and decorated for Christmas. I overall highly recommend!

This place was great for lunch. We got the bento boxes for lunch and loved it. I got the sashimi and it was really good. Quite large servings too, so several of us had food to go as well.

Go to the other location ! The quality here is nothing like the yelp photos. The other spot is on point and looks just like the photos but this location was SUPER MIDS

The service here really suck. One of the waiters brought out the bills, saying that no rush to pay. Seem like they started to clean up for closing so we wanted to pay first and then continue with our foods. But when he came , he said he wanted to make sure that we finished all the foods first because of the extra charge for any leftovers. What kind of attitude is that? We are aware of it and we know that there are many restaurants have the same policy but never encountered anything like this. The foods are not that good. Some food is even ran out for all you can eat. But still can do single order? It doesn’t make any sense. Environment is not comfortable either. Highly don’t recommend for you have never try it. Definitely waste money for unpleasant experiences.

Tomikawa, a bustling restaurant, had a 45-minute wait on a Sunday at 3:00 p.m. Despite the wait, we decided to give the all-you-can-eat option for $37.95 a try. To our surprise, the quality and atmosphere were amazing. I might even become a regular here. The takeout looks enticingly packed, and I’m definitely coming back. Compared to other sushi restaurants in the Orange County area, the quality of fish at Tomikawa was significantly better. The service was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable.

We went to this restaurant Oct,31 and absolutely loved it! The service was excellent — everyone was so kind and attentive, especially towards our child. It really made the whole experience feel special. The food was great too, but what stood out the most was how welcoming and caring the staff were. We’ll definitely be coming back!
