Joseph, Leila, and Bhavika at Urban Plates provided exceptional service. We initially had an issue with our order, but they handled it with professionalism and genuine care. They were quick to acknowledge the mistake, replaced the order without hesitation, and made sure we left satisfied. Their positive attitude and accountability truly elevated the experience. We’ll definitely be back again soon.

One of the better food places I’ve been to in Irvine (!). I got the steak plate. They cooked the steak properly, not well done. The mashed potato’s were good too. Decently priced and our server Carlos was nice. Also appreciate that they have plenty of vegan options. I would come back here.
