Prepare to get happy. Happy and fat. Mostly happy.

We spent the day at Irvine Spectrum Center and had Urban Seoul for lunch. What a great idea. My daughter had the chicken katsu sandwich and it was the biggest sandwich ever. Two slices of bread hugged a freid egg, tomato, honey glazed coleslaw, and avocado. It was delicious. I had the gogi (beef) taco. It was superior. The sauce was delightful. It was the most memorable vacation lunch I've had so far. I definitively would recommend this place for a meal. I believe they even have happy hour.

I just enjoy their dishes. I always get excellent customer service here. The place is well organised and the cashiers are always nice. Will come back again.

We bought Groupons for this restaurant- we found out today that they are closed for 1 month for renovations. We been there twice and no notice anywhere saying that they are closed or going to be closed. Waited and waited and knocked until someone came out to tell us. If you are going to be closed for 1 month as of May 25th, u should not be selling Groupons or have signs on the front door saying you are going to be closed for a month

This is one of my must go restaurants in Irvine. Their happy hours specials are also pretty good as well. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. Every item here was absolutely fantastic and left us wanting more.

Enjoyed the dishes here. They actually observe 6 ft distance with all the dining tables which to me, is important. We went at opening anf ordered a bunch of little things. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. I wasn't that impressed with the Bulgogi sliders but everything else was good. Their cheese corn was bomb.

Back to this place after 3 years. This is one of my must go restaurants in Irvine. I especially fall in love with their pork belly taco.

This place used to be pretty awesome. The food was amazing and they had chefs who could make some amazing Korean/mexican fusion cuisine. Prior to Covid they changed their ownership or management and the quality went downhill. Dropped in again the other day and the menu was totally different. Regular Korean. Which I don't mind, but when they want to charge me $3.00 for fried rice how can I politely tell them to pound pavement? The Korean fried chicken was really tasty, but I don't enjoy waiting 45 minutes for my food, especially when there's 3 cooks and 2 other people in the restaurant. Also, is Kraft macaroni and cheese a traditional Korean fare? Does it normally get served with white rice, chicken and pickled vegetables? That's a lot of starch for one meal. Unfortunately I can't blame Covid for this, just management who have no clue.

Horrible... Should have known better when everyone reported a different menu/owner. They gladly took the groupon but that's because we paid for absolute trash. We ended up throwing away all the food and I'm sure we will be sick after the few bites we had... Additionally we were definitely overcharged for the popcorn chicken. Menu price is lower than what is actually charged. Curry fish was horrible. Fish was inedible probably raw and was mushy and the color was horrible. Curry was very gooey and gelatinous like it's been sitting forever. Popcorn chicken was bland and cold. Food took over 20 minutes I'm not even sure how everything ended up cold. I feel bad they are ruining the urban seoul name since there is another one in Irvine.

Yesterday was the first time we visited this place. But It is obviously not the last time. We had great time with the efficient service, with the finest meal and booze and with the friendly charge. We will definitely go back there in a short time.

This spot is worth a visit. They have big portions for reasonable prices. Always clean and with fantastic atmosphere. Will come visit again.

Rude, poor customer service. Not friendly. Average food. Many better options nearby!

This place does not ever pick up the phone! I have tried calling multiple times to place an order before I go drive all the way to diamond jamboree plaza but no luck at all. Finally drove 20+ miles to realize they are closed even though their business hours states it's open still. Horrible. Since they changed their menu from Korean-Mexican fusion, I won't visit their restaurant at all now. Highly disappointed and in addition I had a Groupon that was expiring and unable to use now.

My mom and I stumbled on this restaurant last night, and we thought they make a very good Taiwanese-style beef noodle soup. The female cashier was super friendly too. She did mention the ownership changed, not related to Urban Seoul 2.0, and the menu is new (more Chinese than Korean). We will come back to try other dishes.

Great food! Everything is so delicious but if you are counting your calories intake this is not the place. Personally all those calories are totally worth it!
