Tried this place for the first rime last week and it was great. Did an online order for pickup, food came out almost exactly when they said it would. Easy to place orders and many ways to customize so you get exactly what you want. Portions are very generous and in the in the food is delicious.

I had a bad experience here. Customer service is terrible. The guy talking on the phone was very rude. Even got my order wrong. Just go to the one is culver plaza.

Bought 2 of the 10lb combo wagyu meat boxes and the meat had freezer burn, was very chewy, and was honestly pretty low quality. However, the worst part of my experience was the customer service. It was TERRIBLE!!!! Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, especially by manager Alex. I absolutely do NOT recommend.
