Love the drinks but the girl wearing the mask with the dark hair working on Saturday, 5/11, at 1pm, she was miserable. You can tell she didn’t want to be there and heaven forbid you ask her a question… she was not nice.The team needs re-training focused on basic level of hospitality. Just be nice and know that this is a job that you applied for and working. People have bad or off days but dang…. She must be having it rough.

Girl with the pink Floyd hat was not helpful with the menu or the self-service kiosk. Short, off-putting tone of voice, and seemed flustered with the amount of people that needed to be served.The drinks are the only thing that would make me come back. I highly advise training your employees in customer service skills.

best milktea with best price? got a super trio wintermelon tea for 5$ and it’s awesome. The boba very fresh and chewy, so as the purple rice . Def coming back again, hope the store can keep the good quality and price?

I am living in Irvine and I have been tried a lot of their drinks. Their tea is always so bitter even though I ordered 70% sugar. And the green tea does not taste like green tea at all. THE WORSE THING IS THEIR SERVICE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Really bad attitude and people were always talking behind the curtain every time I visited.

The drinks here have been one of my favorites in our neighborhood and they have a few non caffeinated options that are delicious and perfect for my son. The wait can be longer than seems reasonable sometimes, when there isn’t a line to justify it. We come back though because they always get the drink order right and they’re delicious. The mango pomelo cooler is so unique and good!

I had my first Yi Fang experience today, and I was really impressed with the brown sugar pear cocoa latte. I'm always hesitant to order drinks at boba shops because I'm afraid they'll be too sweet, but this latte was perfectly balanced. The cocoa flavor was strong and rich, and the brown sugar pear added a touch of sweetness without being overpowering. The staff was also very friendly, and the place was clean and well-maintained.
