“The toaster does not work. Everytime I get a toasted sandwich, it comes out lukewarm at best and I don't want to bother them to do it multiple times. Only go here if you're in the mood for a cold sandwich. Management, please replace the toaster, the bread never gets toasted. Food is okay, other than that.“
“I have been coming here for over 20 years and I have always been treated extremely well. They even know the different sandwiches that I order with all the ingredients that I like. If I say tuna they prepare it just like I like it without having to be asked what ingredients I want. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I have even witnessed how they allowed a person to pay later because she forgot her wallet!! You don’t see that kind of service anymore!!!“
