Masala Spice expertly served approximately 225 guests across three distinct venues. In collaboration with family members, Rajesh meticulously crafted a unique menu for each event, tailored to the venue’s theme. Rajesh’s exceptional attention to detail was evident in the visually stunning presentation at each event. His close collaboration with our event coordinator ensured that the presentation was as captivating as the cuisine. Rajesh’s tireless dedication and patience were instrumental in finalizing the menus through multiple iterations. Masala Spice also accommodated our last-minute requests for additional meal preparations with flawless execution. Our guests were universally impressed by both the presentation and taste of the cuisine. The chaash bottles and watermelon juice bottles were an absolute hit during these warm summer days!!! We would like to acknowledge the entire staff who are very caring and courteous. They delivered the perfect food with the perfect taste at every event given that we had a very diverse menu. We could not have asked for anyone else.

“Flavor of India is the final oasis of authentic Indian food before you have to traipse into Indian-food-desert-wasteland that is the Santa Ynez Valley.

The guys are amazingly friendly, and the food is just plain ol’ and excellent quality North Indian deliciousness. Get your chicken tikka masala, your garlic naan, and a side of jasmine rice to go on your way up to the valley. A “mild” is fine for the little ones, and a “spicy” will put a smile on your face. Order two to reheat another tomorrow.“
