Went to Brickhouse Brews during Dandelion Days before heading up Highway 88 to Nevada. What a good choice it was! The place was packed but the service was still better than I would have anticipated. We had Skye who helped our every need. She recommended our food and drinks perfectly and provided us with a great atmosphere to enjoy our lunch. Also I must say...her fashion sense is out of this world! Thank you Skye and Brickhouse Brews!

Great place to stop when you come back from busy day on the mountain in Kirkwood Steak sandwich and couple of burgers (jalapeño, western) were delicious to all of us with fresh French fries. Regular and sweet potato, ...And we also had live music on Friday evening! What's not to like...

Staff very friendly however I ordered the ribeye... I asked for rare, came out medium and was 1/2" thick. For $38 dinner I want a full cut not a breakfast diner cut. After a 14hr work day I just wanted something nice. So advice don't order the ribeye it's a rip off, restaurant find a new butcher..

Brickhouse brew is a cute little brewery in old town Jackson. We order the jalapeño burger and the argonaut steak sandwich, both medium-rare, with pesto fries and sweet potato fries. Both meals were absolutely amazing, we shared half of each sandwich/burger. Couldn't tell you which was better as they were both amazing in flavor, presentation, and cooked perfectly!! Only suggestion is to have grilled onions on the steak sandwich, the onions that fell off the burger we added to the sandwich and next time we come here we will request that addition. Amazing service, our server Skye was very attentive and checked on us enough but not too much. She was just as amazing as the food.

Not bad looking when you walk in, but if you look up things need to be dusted. Service was decent, menu was what you’d expect at a brewhouse. I ordered a wedge salad and a brew, I enjoyed it. The two people I was with ordered fish. One ordered fish and chips and the other was a cod sandwich. Both received fish patties which they later said it tasted like it was frozen and nuked. One had pesto fries and enjoyed them the other with the fish and chips were not to be desired, skinny dried up.One experienced heartburn for the first time in her life rather quickly, the other had serious bowel issues the next morning. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

Already came here a couple times and wanted to yet again give this place another chance. Nothing tastes fresh at this place. The fish and chips looked more like chicken nuggets. My cod sandwich gave me indigestion which only happens with bad or too much oil. My friend that had the fish and chips had bowel problems the next day. The staff were however, very attentive and friendly, but the interior was dingy and dirty.

Third time going there. This last time was not a good experience. When we walked in there was hardly anyone there on a Saturday evening around 6:45pm. We had a fantastic lunch here while visiting historic Jackson in Amador county. The food was hearty and terrific. Staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable about their wide selection of beer.

Great spot on Main Street in Jackson. I'm not a craft beer person, but they have a wide variety. The food, though, is very good. I've had the BLT and Jalapeño Burger. Can't go wrong with either and I'm sure everything else is solid. Nice atmosphere and friendly service.

Wife ordered a salad with steak (rib Eye), super fatty/grisly. Can't believe it was served this way. It should have been trimmed; it was a plate full of FAT! They wrote it off if I hadn't complained, Won't eat there again. Go to Sutter Restaurant, great food, wonderful servers, that's where we went later.
