Based on the reviews, Mother Lode Deli & Catering is a great place to eat with delicious sandwiches and friendly, quick staff. The best pastrami in years and the best French dip sandwiches ever are available. The food and services are A #1 for catering. The new location on Hwy 49 is gorgeous and nice, with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. The desserts look really good. However, the sandwiches are not consistent in size and are a little expensive, costing around $18 for a sandwich, drink, and side. The place is good for take out and has a few sit-down tables.
