For context : me and my husband have been here 3 times in the last few months. Got the original chicken sandwich each time. Now the first time we went Jeffery gave us excellent service whomever was in charge of the food that night - amazing, so we went back as would anybody else. The second time we went back the service wasn’t as good and our chicken sandwich was DRENCHED with mayo. We didn’t go back for a min because of that. Today we went by there to give them one more shot. Service was ok, We ordered our original chicken sandwich without mayo. Checked out our sandwiches and they had completely different “buns” then the first two times we have went and from my understanding they started using sourdough bread “buns” since 2021? We had regular hamburger buns the first two times we went. Anyway. They’re just very inconsistent with their food. I wouldn’t recommend stopping by here for a meal. It’s more with it to stop by jack in the box or KFC.

I have been to Carl's and Hardee's all over the US and this one has always been the best one. Where the food actually looks like the pictures. Not thrown together and smashed. Employee's are always kind and courteous, even the high school kids working there. I once sat and ate with Carl Karcher himself in the Anaheim restaurant at the corporate office a very long time ago. He would be proud of the Jackson restaurant.

Great customer service but terrible food and I was shocked to see that it was $32 for two people to eat lunch. I definitely don't like how the prices are misleading on the screen. We would have been much better off going to an actual restaurant for the same price.

This place is the worst. Complete lack of management or any form of quality control. Just ordered door dash and upon receiving the order the 2 shakes were not covered and spilled in route. Only recieved 2 half shakes with what looked like dirt In them. 2 famous stars that had about 1/4 cup of mayo smeared all over the outside of the waterlogged soggy bun! Both of them. Completely inedible! Also 2 chicken sandwiches were missing. Currently wife is fighting with doordash to get this refunded. What a joke! I will never go back. They need to hire some competent employees! $68 for this! We are pissed!

Went in when the store was empty and it was still disgusting and messy inside, and the workers we're using vulgar language very loudly. And the man child who runs the store kept yelling at people for parking in his empty parking lot. Great look.
I went through the drive through & got the Western bacon cheeseburger with a large waffle fries & a large root beer. It's my go to combo whenever I go there, unless I have the many great coupons they frequently send out...like once a month it seems to be
