I had been a regular at the Jamba in Jackson a few years back while I was working in Pine Grove and always had a great experience there, but my best experience was due to a mistake. While trying to order through the app from another location, I accidentally sent the order to Jackson. The owner reached out to me directly and refunded what was a fairly large purchase right away. Her dedication to her customers in small town California is always appreciated.

We had not been to this location yet, my wife was looking for a fresh made juice - it was busy , but the nice folk working there absolutely did their best and got us taken care of immediately. Big shoutout to the new guy Peyton who was in training. He was awesome, as busy as they were he really made sure we were looked after and as everyone else was, working very hard. A great place.

Went in having a bad day, and Left with a Smile on my Face? Thank you To Jamba, and Abras Team that work so hard on these Hot sun bet Days to Provide us with yummy and Healthy Smoothies. We as a Community know this is the Place to Be on a summer day. Staff super friendly and Organized, and had me try a new smoothie with opened a new experience. Thank you for what y’all do ?
