Ordered an 8 piece Family Meal. Chicken skin was so tough it couldn’t be bitten or chewed or eaten. Didn’t want potatoes and gravy, so was told I could have a lg coleslaw in exchange, which I DID NOT get. Did not get a tag showing total chg to my CC. Was told 4 biscuits would be extra 10 minutes, but it took 25 minutes. Very upset. Usually I love KFC?‍♀️

Fry’s tasted like they had been sitting there all day. The chicken was terrible and the biscuits were undercooked. I’ve never had such a bad meal from this KFC and I wonder what’s going on with this place I will never take my family to eat here again.

We came into the restaurant very dirty lobby then before we order our food the manager was yelling at staff and have a very bad attitude then when we did order our food the server tried to rip us off by add an additional 20$ to our meal after that we caught him doing so the manager decided to take our order but had a very bad attitude while takeing itIf i can give this place a 0 i could i wont be haveing food from this place againEdit: i just got home and this is what my chicken looks like as well

I've had good food here for a long time. I always order chicken, not sandwiches.A little expensive for lunch, but every once in a while, we get the fried chicken and coleslaw.

There is a secret to ordering- especially The Hot Wings and any chicken- you call ahead to order your wings cooked at thst moment- fresh- same with other pieces chicken, you explain your last vidit, chicken had sat, was dried and awful. They were very accomodating. It Takes 12-18 min for fresh hot wings or extra crispy/ orig recipe wings- go to drive thru to psy and sit and wait in parking lot- your order- hot n fresh will be brought out to you. For years I'd battle w the inconsistencies of Jackson's KFC- but WORSE... is Folsoms KFC! They don't accomodate nor do they care if they serve you bad stuff or Good. Their attitudes are undesirable

I had a disappointing experience at this KFC branch. The restrooms and the establishment were old and unkempt. The food was far from enjoyable. Overall, it's a tarnish on KFC's reputation. I wouldn't return.

This place needs to be shut down. Horrible service and food wasn’t even eatable. How this place stays open, is beyond me. We have given it so many chances. We now get our fried chicken at the grocery store since there are no other options here.Place was dirty, service aweful, and food disgusting.

We live in Valley Springs a good distance away they forgot a portion of our order when we tried to call them there the phone was disconnected so we contacted customer service to have them put the missing item back on our card. They would not they said they will send a gift card it was a joke. (30 min later) I would use more than that in gas just to get there we just wanted our famous bowl put back on the debit card we used. Check your order before leaving they are professional scam artists not refunding money for food we never received. All over a famous bowl. I know it ain't much but they lost my business permanently for this.
