It's KFC. Food is ok. The service is awful. Always get order wrong and leave things out. Items often taste like they have been sitting out too long. Expensive for the quality. Dinning area smells funny. Service is slow.

Cons-Disappointed on the chicken, Biscuits
My chicken was suppose to be xtra crispy instead they came greasy & soggy skin falling off, my biscuits were smashed in the same bucket with my chicken. They normally come in a box but apparently that was to hard to do, we sat down and had no silverware to eat our sides had to get up and keep asking which is not a problem but not as much as me paying for expensive...read full review

KFC offers good food, particularly fried chicken and coleslaw. Although slightly expensive, the restaurant is a go-to spot for a variety of meals like pot pie or a simple piece of chicken. The KFC in Amador County, specifically the one in Jackson, is well-known for its flavorful options. The crew has improved vastly and delivers an excellent customer service experience, and delicious food prepared properly. Customers appreciate the friendly service. You'll be happy if you stick to just the original chicken, which is always great. The building could use a remodel, but they keep it somewhat clean.
