We go here with some regularity and unfortunately the disappointment continues with the sour management style. :/ The food is good, but the staff (particularly older staff and higher ranking staff) are not very customer -friendly. They don't seem to value the customers or care if they are happy with the service. Frequently out of items and highly inflexible about substitutions and such. :( We're actually wanting to frequent this location less and less each time we visit it lately....read full review
Stoped in today on way back from Tahoe. Thought we would try the coming back Encharito No back yet. Will b out mid November. YES. Had burritos and tacos. Good parking, clean restrooms. Very noisy…no acoustical absorbing materials on ceiling. Very cold colors.

Food was standard Taco Bell, but the service was much better than expected for a fast food joint. Older guy taking the orders was great and even came over to check how everyone's food was when he had time. ??
