I admit I'm an old guy. And I have eaten at my fair share of fast food restaurants, but this restaurant has taken self-service to a whole new level. The only thing I didn't do myself was prepare my own order. For the lack of service, I thought the price was high.The atmosphere of the restaurant had all of the appeal of an Army chow hall.

Service and food are always satisfactory. However, did corporate fire their interior designer?!? This place has been gutted of all decor and color. It’s fallen victim to the monochromatic grayscale trend. The environment is so sterile and unwelcoming, it feels like I’m picking up my food from a hospital cafeteria. Ten years ago, this place had high-back booths and very colorful art. Furthermore, there is no more free wifi. People used to actually eat their meals inside. Now, post-pandemic, it’s desolate and it’s hard to wonder why. Taco Bell has completely abandoned its public appeal.
Service was ok. Thing is is why the hell are you guys not wiping and cleaning the tables. Seen plenty of workers standing around when I came in and went to sit down, tables were covered in crumbs, meat and even one had a hair on it. GROSS!

I ordered an cheese quesadilla and a chicken chalupa. The food came out within about a minute I was very happy but the cheese on my quesadilla was not completely melted:(. Otherwise very happy.

Is this what Taco Bell is supposed to taste like!?!?! We had the best taco bell food we have ever had, I dont know if its because its new and they have to follow the rules more but even the freeze was better somehow!
