The appetizer salsa was just right on the heat and the chips light and snap without much mess. Couple of on tap beers and a few bottled. There was chunks of pork in the lunch special and the refried beans and rice made for a perfectly satisfying meal.“

Colin De Oro did no disappoint at all!!!!! The atmosphere walking in was very quaint and nice. Our host caught our attention right away and welcomed us in. We had a table in no time at all along with warm chips a very delicious Salsa that I definitely took a to-go cup of!!!!!! The food came out surprisingly quick but even if we had waited it was definitely worth it!!!! I had the Fajitas with Chicken and Steak the meat was tender and delicious along with everything else!!!! We had a glorious meal that evening up untill closing. We were the last to leave and our waitress did not rush us one bit. She even took our picture outside!!!! It was a very AMAZING experience and we can't wait to go back!!!!“

“On the atmosphere, it is a food truck in a parking lot. There's an awning covering picnic tables. There's decorations that create a nice atmosphere to the front of the trailer. The food, more than makes up for the parking lot.
