Best food in town, and owners are amazing.

**Saluti's | Italian** offers fantastic, homemade Italian American immigrant food in a historical setting of California gold country. The food is excellent, tasting like it was homemade and served hot. Must-order meals include the creamy Italian salad dressing, the spinach and mushroom ravioli, the steak and shrimp kabob with polenta, the minestrone soup, the meatball sandwich, the Chicken Marcella, and the Seafood special. The sauces are amazing. The new location is beautifully set on main street with plenty of room for that family dining experience, bringing an old historic building to life. The atmosphere and service are outstanding, with very reasonable prices. Everything is the best in town.
