The dude at the cash register taking food orders is truly a god like order taker. You people forgot that genuine compassion from these servers is probably more important than the addictive taste you keep paying for
Food is incredible, service is fast, music isn't too loud, staff is friendly! Watched one the employees change the salsa bar containers while eating, meaning the food is ALWAYS fresh/they change the bins regularly. Floors and tables were incredibly clean and my food came out hot and fresh.
La Esmeralda...What a great Mexican Restaurant, from the menu selections to the freshness of the ingredients ..everything was Amazing!
It's also a great place to conduct a business lunch such as what I did with Rocket Hanley the local General Contractor that's going to do a bunch of work for me up on Crackback Ridge, and I'm sure his crew will be coming to La Esmeralda for lunch each day....I sure would!
