Very disappointed in the service received. Placed order in drive thru and was instructed to park in one of curbside pickup spaces out front, which is fine. There was only one curbside space available so parked there in #5. But once the order was ready the person running the food walked outside and just looked at the parked cars and went back inside without checking with customers to see who's food it was. So walked inside and heard the gal telling them that the customer took must have took off. I said next time u can at least ask, got my food and carried on. Got down the road opened my burger to find an American cheese prep table sticker inside my burger. Wasted money why would someone eat a sticker. Disappointed

As charming as every other McDonald's I've ever been to. Hash browns were recently done so nice and hot, and the Sausage McMuffin was its usual delightful self.

I was in the drive through today and unfortunately I waited for a long time, but it was due to everybody going to eat at the same time lol. The staff was amazing and going as fast as they could and with a smile. I know it's not easy and people can be rude so I appreciate them for kicking ass. Thank you McDonald's staff ❤️

If you have never experienced a steak, egg and cheese bagel from McDonald's, it's mind-blowing. I highly suggest you try it.

Jan 1st 2025 went to the McDonald's in jackson at 2 pm I'm the afternoon. Tried to order lunch in the drive threw. Some 20 buck an hour girl with a lousy attitude took my order. She got an attitude and tried to rush me threw the process and pissed me off. I get up to the window to pay and it's a guy, not the girl that took my order. Then he gets an attitude with me over the order. I drive up to next window to get my food and the girl with the microphone that took my order was laughing about the whole thing. I am done and will never go there again. People do not waste your money here. This company has been poisoning the community for decades with there processed garbage. Spend a few more dollars and go have a good lunch somewhere else. Go to Las mino,s in pine grove or 88 burger. This place is a joke. Customer service is a joke. Im done for good.

Sometimes my family and I come here through the drive-through, and every time, ask for 3 happy meals with extra fries, and they give us a lot of extra fries most mcdonald's don't give you extra fries when asked. I love my hometown, mcdonald
