The is is an amazing stop when on a trip and are passing threw. These people are fast and patient when you are trying to decide which yummy treat you will have today. The bathrooms were a 4 out of 5. They were clean but also a little rusty. I would highly recommend the hot chocolate and the chocolate crossaint together. ?

You know it's bad when the Starbucks in Safeway has a better rating. First, Adriana is a new manager and trying to fix their issues. It doesn't help that she has shift leads like Jennifer working there. I went in on Sunday morning to use the restroom and grab a cold brew. My drink is the easiest on the menu. Just fill up the cold brew and add ice, that's it. It took a long time to make my order because Jennifer felt the lids being stocked were more important than the line of customers at the register. As I'm doing the peeper dance I place my order "venti black cold brew" her response is would you like cream or sugar. No Hun, that's what black means. I go to the restroom and come out to wait for my coffee. The little old woman that was behind me is at the counter waiting as well. 12 minutes later that little old lady leaves with her two beverages. I go up to Jennifer and ask about my drink, point out that I have an appointment and have been there for almost 15 minutes. She claims the little old lady only had tea. I respond with my drink is even easier than making tea. I'm still waiting. I notice they start to make my drink but the cold brew keg has to be switched out. I tell them they need to change it and start over. They change it and then try to start add to the foam of my cup. I tell them again to dump it and start over. At this point I ask for the manager who apparently is Matthew that day. Matthew is clearly no confrontational and basically just walks away. He then comes up and hands me some one else's drink. To which I respond, that isn't mine. They finally got it right and I was late to my appointment. Apparently having a 20 minutes cushion isn't long enough to get coffee. But what irritates me the most is when Jennifer had the audacity to say "we have to go in order" after skipping my drink multiple times to make others that ordered after me. She has no business being a shift lead, neither does Matthew. Please do better.

Every time I try to order items they tell me they are sold out. The staff that works there is always friendly. They have lost my business. This is the third time I have gone and tried to order off of the menue. Sold Out. Much to expensive to not get what you order.

Ordered a London Fog Latte which comes with EARL GREY TEA but they made it was Royal English Breakfast instead. That is not the same thing and tastes disgusting. Change the name or learn your menu.
