A typical taco bell, very industrial, not exactly welcoming in my opinion. Food is standard, nothing great nothing bad. Service, well, it's all about the self ordering kiosk now, not very personable, but that's how all fast food seems to be going.

They use to have the lost prices and you could get a few things for $10-15. Now its just as outrageous as the other fastfood places. A chicken chaluppa supreme is now $6.99. A bean burrito is almost $4.

It sucks that this is the only taco bell in the area cause it's terrible! The employees are awful in the way they treat the guests, in how they put the food together, as well as taking their sweet time even when it is not busy at all. They blast inappropriate music behind the counter and leave the music on just loud enough in the lobby that you have to listen to both of you go inside. If you go through the drive thru, they are rude and pushy and just throw your food in the bag, and everything falls apart.

They put very little cheese on their tacos, we eat here about once a week but you have to check your order Everytime something will be wrong. We ordered from door dash a supreme taco pack with 6 soft and 6 crunchy tacos they sent us a regular taco pack tried to call Taco Bell but they don't answer their phone. Other than getting your order wrong and over charging you it's fine.

I order extra meat and don't seem to get extra meat but more lettuce, if I get charged for extra I want extra... js. On a good note, the drive through window people are very friendly and polite.

Easily the worst Taco Bell I've been to and I'm from a town where 3 of our 5 Taco Bells got shut down because no one wanted to eat at them.
I had to surgically reconstruct my partners order from two incorrect orders, so I got a detailed peek inside at exactly how badly a crunch wrap is put together here, ie having all the meat on one side or just not being folded.
You have a good excuse as an employee for getting an order wrong when it's towards the end of a busy shift and you have multiple orders to deal with, but you really have no excuse when you're serving one person every 15 minutes. For comparison, there's a taco bell near my home town that will be swamped with literally hundreds of people at midnight, and they have never once gotten a single aspect of my order wrong.
I love Jackson, it's a nice little town I've been coming to all my life, and I love Taco Bell, it's an oasis in the desert of late night food, but Jackson deserves a better Taco Bell than this.
