I didn't think Togo's still existed. Traveling through. Had to get a hot pastrami. ONE guy working the place trying to fill lunch orders and here I am at 11:50. I hear him on the phone delaying orders and politely explaining he's short staffed. Great employee. Super held it together when it was tough. Great sandwich. Five thousand stars for that random experience of an obviously pressured guy handling it. Management material. Oh, and the tables and bathroom were clean. Everything was clean.

Worse experience ever!! Walked in & everything was dirty!! From the counter, the food the veggies everything was so messy! We started to order the girl was sooo rude throwing things around not greeting anybody giving attitude as we started to order giving the people coming in dirty looks she def seems to HATE her job!! She starts to make the sandwiches & went to the back a few times for things she ran out of never once changed her gloves! They were dirty & nasty I can’t even believe that’s how she works we walked out! I’m sorry but that’s terrible

Run don't walk I've been to many Togo's this is not one to stop through and give your business. I placed a order online for takeout I came in to the location and told him my name they handed me a bag The sticker sealed whichhad my first name and last initial. I spent $45 on two sandwiches. I live out of town and I called immediately when I got home to let them know of the insufficient order that I received. He said that there was nothing he could do I would have to come back the next day for a refund. What kind of service is that? With the rest of the customer service in the town of Jackson seems to be very good so far. Can't imagine this franchise Togo's surviving if this is their culture.

My boy friend and I had a rather poor experience at this togos. I had ordered ahead on the mobile app at 5:00pm and got the email confirmation that it would be done around 5:15 pm. I walked in and there was about 3 people in line getting sandwiches made, I didnt think it was a huge deal and waited quietly in line to ask about my order, the employee behind the counter was short with the other customers and rude. Another gentleman walked in and was clearly looking at the menu and hadn't said anything, the employee looked over at him in a rude tone asked him if he was here for a mobile pick up, because if he is she hadn't even started it yet. He said no and left shortly there after. My boyfriend had come in so I decided to use the bathroom since the wait was taking longer then expected. Afterward I walked back over to the counter to ask her about my mobile order once she was done with different customer, but before I could ask she snapped at me asking me if I was there to order or was waiting for pick up, I said yes and she responded with Well instead of standing there in line like you want to order go stand somewhere else so your not in the way of the other customers, mind you it was just me and my boyfriend and another man who had been sitting at a table at the togos. I understand she was by herself, but she was extremely rude with her interaction with customers.

What a great place, unfortunately there was a woman making quite a scene during a rush and I watched one girl come from the back that I hadn’t seen yet, she approached her and tried to help, but I believe she was really brand new and she conveyed that, but this woman didn’t care, so this girl was the only one trying to solve the problem, as it seemed. It looked as if she was completely blind sighted and I think she handled it very well, better then I would have that’s for sure. What a trooper.

I dont like to leave negative reviews because its petty but heres my experience…. on a schedule because we’re building a house and I’m just a mom doing everything piece by piece. Found someone to cut the tiles for me but I had to be home by 1 o’clock so I placed my order online allowing a ton of time for. tiny sndwich to be made….at 11:26… By. 12 04. I was standing there watching them make sandwiches for every single person in the lunch hour rush. I asked twice for a refund so I could make it home for the tile cutting to be done for me and the lady looked at me and said it was literally her third day and she could not even do that for me but the biggest problem is they continue to make sandwiches for everybody else. looked up at the crowd and stated that I had an emergency? But I don’t have an emergency you screwed up! Order stated it would be ready and it was allowing them already 25 minutes to make a sandwich . Anyhow, left by 12:06 missed tile cutter had to buy a tile cutting machine for $45 and learn how to cut my own tile sandwich was made incorrectly. The people are slow and the place sucks.

Was at the Martell store, order the large Pretzelrami. Asked what the difference was and she said it's the amount of meat. I remember the old one was a smaller bun and over a pound of meat. All you did was change the pun and put less meat on it. For the ridiculous amount of $16.99. NEVER AGAIN, TOGO's is dead to me. I can get a bigger better pastrami sandwich at to other places, closer to home and at a way better price and with fries, coke. Sorry that had to raise prices so high. Good luck with that.

Went here for lunch during a road trip on a Saturday. It was busy but the food was delicious.
It's a little bit of a wait compared to a McDonald's but you have to understand that every sandwich is personalized for each person, so if you are an impatient person, you should just give up or learn to be patient 😂.
Our sandwich maker made our sandwiches perfectly and added every ingredient in a balanced amount giving it a perfect taste and texture. She was also very kind and considerate to ask us what we would like and offered suggestions to help us make a decision. To sum it up, we had a great lunch and it was made better by having a great sandwich artist who also was very sweet.

We went into the Martel location on a Saturday at noon and they only had one guy working and he was doing his best to keep up with the lunch rush by himself. While we were there we watched 7 people walk out because the line was so long.
The service was fast and good the guy was very nice and helping working on counter
My experience in this store was terrible, store smelled and the manager yelled at me for wanting to use the bathroom. Shawn the manager has terrible customer service and is too lazy to clean the store and even himself. Hope he gets a wake up call and has a change of operations to this establishment.
I'd like to share an experience my husband and I had last night, Oct. 25. We drove from Pine Grove (takes ~15 minutes to Jackson) and arrived at the store at 7:39p. The open sign was on, but all the lights were off except the backroom. As we are looking through the windows, we see an employee quickly get up from a chair in the lobby and head to the back. Not only is this a waste of our time and gas, but this is the second time the store has been closed before it should be. When certain hours for a location are posted, I assume they are open at those times.
