It's a new owner since September 2023. The new name is Pho Royal. The menu is almost the same of the previous one but the food was really good and fresh. We will go back again for sure. Hope they'll offer dessert too by then.

The pho was delicious. I probably won't eat here again because of how dirty there dining room was. We were there only customer. Every table and condiments were dirty. My feet were sticking to the floor. I has to use a napkin and hand sanitizer to.clean my table. I wonder what the kitchen looks like

Place been close after there opening time, you had 6 people waiting outside and you said something was broken. SMH

I have ordered tha same dish 3 times in a row. The dish is different every single time. The rice plate comes with your choice of protein, a little salad, rice, vegetables, soup and a cooked egg. Now they’re telling me I can’t have the soup. And I received only rice tofu and vegetables. I never received my salad with the tomatoes and cucumbers, my eggs or my soup. I am sick and tired of this place and will not go back again. They decide to cook what they have and change the dish up every time. It’s disgusting as well, you walk in and your feet stick to the floor the tables are sticky the floors are sticky the silverware is disgusting. People beware…

Vegetarian options: They didn’t give me my entire meal, but charge me for it.

The floors were filthy. It was easy to tell they had not been scrubbed or even swept in a lonnnng time.That made me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. The toilet was also nasty. I won't eat there again.

I go there every once and a while with my grammy. she loves it and so do i, great service, food is yummy, and the servers are really friendly. next door is a boba shop for dessert :)

This is robbery when you pay for overpriced Vietnamese food because you live in a small town. When I called to let them know how I felt about it, they said they would “put more on next time.” NEXT time?! Not a chance. I will eat my pho in Sacramento where they get the flavor, quality, AND price right. If you’ve never had pho before, don't try this place!

The taste is fine. Rated a little less than 3 out of five. But it is a pricy place. Even more expensive than SF. Two small phos with all protein cost 40. They charge addition for using credit/debit card.

We attempted to go here for the third time. For the third time, we were gravely disappointed. They are very pricey. The rice dish that I got with the barbecued pork is more gristle, than meat. Let alone the amount they provide is slim to begin with.The tomatoes were soggy once again the cucumbers peeled so thinly that you can see right through them. Overly priced for the amount of food that you get and the meat quality, poor. The pho soup and tofu, just a few slices ( how pricey can tofu be)…noodle salads way over priced for what you get. Highly disappointed once again. Won’t be going back. Either step up the amount of food or bring down your prices for soggy vegetables!

Pricey for the style of food, and the staff was a bit overwhelmed. The food was good however.

Absolutely amazing. Delicious pho! Worth the trip. Awesome customer service! My family and I will certainly be returning in the near future.
