I had low expectations for unassuming roadside gas station BBQ but I was BLOWN AWAY. I had the pork ribs and they were about the best I've ever had in any state anywhere. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich, and we shared a side of cole slaw. We both just kept stopping mid-meal with our eyes closed, savoring. We're already planning to stop back on in our way home. Don't miss it!
Unassuming little Gem! Worth a detour if you’re in the mood for legitimate Texas BBQ. Not fussy but proper.
