The food was just very mediocre. We got the Caesar salads, scallops, and salmon. The risotto, well kind of everything, was very bland. The drinks were mediocre too. Margarita just okay and the beer wasn’t even cold. Our server was very good though. She was sweet and attentive.

Wait an hour for my food. They weren’t even busy. My steak came and it had sauce all over as I told the waitress no sauce. It came back and my mashed potato’s were then cold. Waitress was terrible at filling our drinks. Sour cream tasted disgusting. Terrible! Won’t be back.

I stopped in to check out the new resort for the first time today. It is beautiful and so nice not to breathe in cigarette smoke. The air inside was fresh and the entire place was beautiful! i had a quick bite at the 209 sports bar. I had a Santa Fe Burge, sweet potato fries and a virgin bloody mary. The food was delicious, and the bloody mary was like a meal too! The views from this resort are Amazing! The bathrooms are constantly being cleaned, which I appreciate. parking was easy. a short walk. There are a few stairs, but i noticed a drop off area in the front. I highly recommend.

Absolutely AWFUL!! Every single time I’ve ever eaten there it’s been a terrible experience all five times. There’s no customer service from the time you sit down, through the time you wait for your order, your waitress never ever comes back to check on you. Very disappointing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

This is our 4th time here. It has gone from good, to fair, to poor, to a nightmare. Today, we arrived for 2 comped nights at 2pm. They said our room was ready, but we can’t have the keys until 4. Ok, so we dropped our bags with the bell desk and he said everyone shows up at 4 to get their bags, it will be a zoo. They gave us a key to the pool, which did not work. They were out of towels. My kid got in pool while I bought drinks for my wife and I. At 4, we tried to close the tab and they said our bartender went on break. We went back to the lobby at 4:15 and waited in the long line. We got into the room to shower before dinner and there was no hot water. We thought this was going to be a better option than Black Oak because it is 25 minutes closer. But after today, we will no longer support this place and go back to comped suites at Black Oak and can check in when the room is ready and not have to wait until 4pm.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We waited 20 minutes to get cocktail orders. We ordered our meals at the same time. After the first hour when the food did not come, we asked to order drinks and we were told by the waiter that he could not serve drinks anymore. He was too busy. When the food did come after our two hour wait it was cold. The Caesar salad had so much dressing that it wilted the lettuce and did not taste like Caesar dressing. One of the 12 in the party had scallops over risotto when the scallops came I thought she had ordered meatballs. The scallops were way overdone and the sauce they put on she said was terrible. Because we were a party of 12 they tacked on automatic tip, which was definitely not deserved since the service was horrible. The restaurant was 2/3 empty. A couple outside said that they were told it would be over an hour wait for them to get into the restaurant. We said don’t bother the food is terrible. The service was terrible. We were told everything was due to lack of staffing. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant.

Had to leave because our breakfast never showed up. Other customers that came in after us received their food. After waiting for 30 minutes we walked out. They were not busy! 7/20/2025

Food and service was good! The eggs and toast dessert was very cute and tasted good as well. Would recommend the pear and goat cheese salad and the entrees we had were good as well! Overall good experience, no issues with slow service at all.
