This was some of the best Mexican food that I have tried since my 10 month stay in the San Diego area began. I’m getting ready to move and wish I had found this place sooner. I had the chicken tortilla soup and a shrimp burrito. My husband had the carne asada street tacos and he said they were delicious. We were pleasantly surprised. It is not fancy and it’s out of the way but worth the drive.Parking: There’s lots of parking spaces.
I pass by here everyday on the way home and decided a few weeks ago to stop and get some food. Being that I live so far it's hard to get good food that doesn't get cold or soggy by the time I get home. Today is my 4th time here and everytime they don't disappoint, I mostly get the California burrito, or anything carne asada. The carne asada is so good it's actually seasoned really well (most places aren't or barely are). The staff is always accommodating in separating toppings...read full review

The machaca burrito. I usually get it with sour cream but I didn’t this time I should have as it might have taken the burrito to 5 stars. Also it doesn’t have egg in it like the typical burritos at taco shops. This place is a restaurant. The presentation was really nice!! The ingredients were top notch and think I’ll add egg and sour cream to the next one to see if it gets it to the 5 stars. Overall I liked the interior and the layout.
