The wine list, the steaks and the service is good. However, we ordered the macaroni and cheese, and it was absolutely tasteless. The wedge salad also was very bland and lacked flavor in the dressing. Overall, it was decent but not sure if this would be our first choice in the future.

Was there for a birthday dinner reserved thru opentable. When we checked in, they said the system was not blocked for the private party they were holding. As much we couldn't eat at the restaurant even though we had a reservation for days in advance. How the restaurant could overlook this is surprising. Additionally there eas no attempt to make things right other than saying there were other restaurants. Even though there was no find dining equivalent.

The food was delicious, the service was top-notch and the restaurant setting is beautiful. Great option if you are celebrating a special occasion, like we were. We really enjoyed our meal - Salads for starters, petite filets, Wagyu burger with Parmesan garlic fries and baked potato. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Would absolutely recommend you try it out, we will be back.

Food made to order!!! Our Waiter was outstanding as he explained the menu and choices to offer. Piano player was a very nice touch. Husband had the plank salmon and I had the 8oz filet mignon. Very nice place.
The food was excellent except for my ribeye. I asked for it to be medium rare and it arrived closer to medium well and under seasoned. Since everything else was excellent, I did not make a issue of it.

Food and service were excellent Wish there are more selection of ice cream such as Hazelnut, pistaschio or coffee flavor for customer can choose. In addition wish Prime Cut has more Italian food menu as well

We had a really good dinner. We did the hundred dollar four course meal a waitress is really nice. I love this steak knife option where you get to pick your knife either Japanese or a local one from El Cajon or French. The whole experience was very fun.

We had our anniversary dinner there and they did not disappoint! We had an absolute blast. Everyone from our host (Diego) to our waitress (Janna) were top notch. They both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Food was on point and the surprise desert from Janna just made the night. We will most definitely be going back.
