“this place is amazing and the people that work there have become my best friends in just a few months of knowing them. the food is amazing, large and underpriced, it's more food and less price then any fast food. the pool tournaments, pinball tournaments, DJ, events, fire pits, two pool tables, I think 6 pinball machines. I live in Westwood and drive an hour multiple times a week just to spend my time there with this great business and absolutely stellar humans there.”

“They have the best coffee around and the setting is artistic and beautiful. They support artists in the community and it is beautifully decorated. My husband’s and my favorite place in Lassen and it looks out on Thompson Peak. Warm and inviting, always.”

“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but not long ago, I tried my husband's S'more Frappuccino and it was so good! Their Berry bowls are delicious, and my absolute favorite! My daughter gets their lemonade with boba. I'm not a fan of bagels either, but their inside out bagels are SO good! My favorite is the jalapeño cheddar with turkey, cheddar, egg, cream cheese, and pepperocinis! Takes a little more time when I get the bagels, but good things come to those who wait... right? It's worth the wait! Thanks ladies for your friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service!”

“On our 4500 mile roadtrip around western US, we were leaving Lake Tahoe driving towards Klamath falls, I been in Susanville 2 times before while hiking the PCT and told my gf to check out if there was any bbq places in town, and we found this! Best food on our whole trip! Without a doubt! The brisket was amazing! The Mac & cheese also! We got so much food that it lasted to dinner that night and also breakfast! The people running the place was very friendly and helped us figure out how to order, since we don't have this kind of places in our own country! Well worth a stop, and we will be telling everyone going by Susanville to try it! Make it a must for PCT-hikers to visit! The Swedes!”

“I don't eat here very often but was starving one day I was in town grocery shopping, so I popped thru the drive thru. The young guy who took my order was very friendly he did a great job even asked if I needed extra sauce which NEVER usually happens. The food was good, my fries were hot & my order was correct. I had a great experience, I wuld visit again.”

We arrived a about 5:15, and it seemed she was the only one on duty as she ran about serving, seating, pouring soup and putting together salads for many clients until further help arrived. I would give her a raise, and advise you to think about giving the rest of the wait staff a lesson on hard work, by getting them to watch Shayla. Thanks. The meal was fine too.”

“Would have gave 5 stars � but the service was way slow. Half of our group was almost done eating before other half even got their food. I don't blame the waitress though I think she just had way to many tables to wait on. You need more waitresses this time of year maybe. Really good food though. We all seemed to enjoy it.”

“Stopped by Jack in the Box and grabbed 4 tacos, the new seasoned fries, and a drink. Tacos hit the spot as usual, and the fries were a nice upgrade. Service was average but fast enough. Not amazing, not bad—just a solid quick bite when you're hungry.”
