I’ve tried larb at several different thai places over the years, and the larb at Royal Siam is stellar! I asked for it to be spicy, and with extra dressing (because I like it saucy), and it didn’t disappoint! It was one of the best larbs my husband and I have had, by far. What an delicious meal out here in Joshua Tree. 10 out of 10!
I’m posting this on 7/28 and this restaurant is closed due to some kind of sidewalk construction- so if they aren’t answering their phone don’t make the drive out.
I’ve been trying to eat here again every time I come to town over the past 8 years but either I get here after they close, or they aren’t open.
I ate here in 2017 and it was the best Thai food I’ve ever had and I hope to eat it again someday! Help!

The food was so good. I can’t believe I waited so long to go here. So much better than the Thai place in Yucca.
I had pad Thai shrimp. It was delicious and chicken Sauté ..it was perfect. I also had Thai iced tea and it was fabulous.
